Models 1360 - 1380

Firbimatic industrial machines are produced in 60-kg and 80-kg capacities called model 1360 and 1380 in closed-circuit versions with built-in refrigeration unit and can be combined with an additional activated carbon device (COALPERC) capable of reducing the solvent concentration at the end of the cycle in the basket.

The high basket volume/loading capacity ratio gives the machine, during washing, considerable mechanical action and rapid and uniform drying of the goods.

In view of the specificity of each individual sector to which they are addressed, Firbimatic industrial machines are characterized by a modular construction system (one or more washing and drying units plus distillation unit, and possibly filtration unit, variously sized) that allows, on the one hand, to always offer the customera "tailor-made" machine and, on the other hand, to obtain, with the possibility of adding additional washing modules, an increase in production with lessinvestment and better use of manpower and that is, in moregeneral terms, lower costs per unit of product.

It is thus possible to implement plant schemesaccording to an exceptional variety of solutionsfrom the simplestconstituted of a washing unit and a distillation unit, with or without a filter, to plants with two, three, four, or more washing units combinedwith a single distillation plant.
